I would give this product 0 stars if I could. We bought it 3 months ago, hooked it up and ran the first cycle. We left it overnight and when we went to the basement the next morning, the bathroom was flooded. Apparently, the unit had a leak in the back. No matter what we tried, the leak wouldn't stop. We called the customer service, they sent us the hose replacement. This didn't fix it. Then they sent us the new electric block - same problem. We tried teflon tape, screwing it on loose or tight, changing water pressure -- nothing worked.
I finally called them three days ago to return the unit. I left 2 voicemails and sent 2 emails since then - no response. I finally stayed on the phone continuously dialing the number and got a life person. They can accept the unit but expect me to pay for return shipping. Their product is broken and it's the only reason I'm returning it! They were extremely rude and kept reciting their "corporate policy" that no matter what the reason for return, customer pays return shipping charges.
I hate the Cat Genie Machine for ruining my bathroom and their customer service for being so rude.
